LeBron Raymone James Sr. Born on 30 December 1984 - is an professionally-trained American basketball star. King James, he's widely thought of as the best basketball player ever and is often is compared with Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketball player of all time. James was awarded two Olympic golds, as well as four NBA championships. James holds the record for the highest amount of points scored during the postseason, second highest all-time score, and the 7th highest number of career assists. James has 18 NBA All-Stars, 18 All-NBA Teams, and five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. He was the 3rd player to compete in NBA Finals. Eight of those were consecutive from the year 2011 until 2018. James was named to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He became the NBA's first player with 10,000 points, rebounds and assist in 2022. James played at St. Vincent St. Mary High School within his home town in Akron Ohio and was heavily touted by the national media as a potential NBA star. In preparation for his professional career, the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the number one overall pick in the NBA draft of 2003. In 2004, he received the title of NBA Rookie. Then, he quickly was one of the league's best athletes, winning the NBA MVP in both 2009 & 2010. James signed with the Miami Heat in 2010 when he became a Free Agent after not achieving an NBA Championship in Cleveland. The news was broadcast in The Decision.
