Christopher Peter Meloni was an American actor who is well-known for his part in the well-known television series Law & Order Special Victims Unit'. At the age of 18, he began to pursue a passion for acting. In his school, the University of Colorado at Boulder, he studied acting. While he has appeared in movies and on television but it's the characters portrayed on small screens that have given him popularity. He has been able to effortlessly play roles of characters on both sides of the law, and captivate the viewers' interest. In the first television show where he played the character of a murderer. He then went on to play the part of an NYPD Detective. In recognition of his performance in the small screen, he's won several times for the prestigious Emmy Awards.
