Linda Edna Cardellini was born in Redwood City, California, to Lorraine (Hernan) and Wayne David Cardellini an entrepreneur. Her parents are of Italian, German (from the paternal maternal grandmother), Irish and Scottish descent. Linda grew in San Francisco Bay region, California being the eldest from four children. At the age of 10 she started to become attracted to acting after performing in school plays. Also, she performed in school plays and community stage productions. Linda was a student at Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, California. Her choice was from New York for theater and Los Angeles for film and TV after graduating. She chose LA. Linda performed her first big part as a character Bone Chillers, a 1996 TV show. Freaks and Geeks, 1999 was her most memorable part. In the acclaimed series she played decathlete Lindsay Weir. The show won the Emmy Award under the category of Outstanding Casting Comedy Series.

Lily James was born Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson (5 April 1989). Lily James was an English actor. She received her training at London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama and began her acting career in the British television show Just William (2010). Cinderella was her first big performance following her appearance in the role of Lady Rose MacClare, in Downton Abbey's period drama (2012-2015). James was later cast as the role of Countess Natasha Rostova in the television version of War & Peace (2016) as well as starring in various films. These included the action movie Baby Driver (2017), the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017), The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018) as well as The Dig (2021), and the musicals Mamma Mia! There We Go Again (2018) and Yesterday (2019). Pam & Tommy, a biographical TV series that is based on the life of Pamela Anderson (released in 2022) was nominated for a Golden Globe Award winner and a Primetime Emmy Award.
